Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled free of charge before they are shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at auoraedga@gmail.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer want the item after delivery, you may request a return according to our Return Policy.
